Code of Conduct
WyldFae Productions strives to maintain a fun and exciting atmosphere for Programs to create immersive, creative Live Action Role-Play (LARP) events while also making people feel welcome. Doing so provides an enjoyable and entertaining experience for everyone.
Many Programs can be socially competitive and at times high adrenaline, it can be easy to come across misunderstandings and disagreements. This Code of Conduct outlines what is expected by our Program Staff Members to enforce and on any Program public or private forums such as Discord, the website or Facebook pages.
WyldeFae Productions expects our Program Staff, Members and Guests to behave in an appropriate, mature, and responsible manner. We expect common sense to rule and for everyone involved to have a general sense of the safety and well-being of those around them. Members, staff and guests are expected to treat others with courtesy and respect. Harassment or intolerance is unacceptable.
All members, staff and guests are expected to abide by the laws of the land to include all federal, state, local laws, statutes, ordinances and site specific rules.
While we understand that the nature of roleplay and acting will create in-character drama, we do not expect for this drama and any hurt feelings to spill over into the realm of out-of-character interactions. Leave the drama for your character; do not bring it into real life.
WyldFae Productions allows a Program Manager or Program Staff to censor or discipline attendees under their polices.
